You Will Need The Following Ingredients
- Prepare a 9×9 baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, and bread crumbs. Then, add the Barbecue Sauce, egg, and chili powder.
- Prepare the potatoes in a large baking dish and cook until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully pour the excess fat. Heat up the oven to 400 degrees. Using a wide-rimmed baking sheet, place the potatoes on the heat source.
- Meanwhile, microwave the potatoes according to the package instructions. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, milk, butter, garlic, parsley, and egg. Using a potato masher, mix well and continue to add the ingredients until they are smooth. Broil the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is lightly melted. Additional Barbecue Sauce can be added if desired.
