This is truly the best carrot cake i have ever tasted before . my grandma used to make it for my birthday every year . I Hope That you will try it and enjoy it with your family .
In fact, this carrot cake recipe is so popular and lovable around here everyone wants it for dessert,or make it as a birthday cake .

You will need for this recipe :

  • 4 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions :

Step 1:

in a medium bowl Start by Combining grated carrots and brown sugar for 50 minutes. Then add raisins.


Step 2:

Preheat the oven to 350°.

Step 3:

In a large bowl, mix all together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and Stir in the pineapple.

Step 4 :

In a separate bowl, Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon,and salt(just a little bit ), sweetly mix into mixture with the walnuts .

Step 5 :

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.Then remove it and let it cool .

Tips And Tricks :

  • It’s Okay to skip the nuts if you want a carrot cake without nuts .
  • It’s Better To Use brown sugar for deeper flavor.
  • Don’t Use cream cheese spread.
  • Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 45-55 minutes.
