You will need for this recipe :
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1 cups white sugar
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions :
Step 1:
in a medium bowl Start by Combining grated carrots and brown sugar for 50 minutes. Then add raisins.
Step 2:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, mix all together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and Stir in the pineapple.
Step 4 :
In a separate bowl, Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon,and salt(just a little bit ), sweetly mix into mixture with the walnuts .
Step 5 :
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.Then remove it and let it cool .
Tips And Tricks :
- It’s Okay to skip the nuts if you want a carrot cake without nuts .
- It’s Better To Use brown sugar for deeper flavor.
- Don’t Use cream cheese spread.
- Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 45-55 minutes.
