2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 7 tuna in oil, drained
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 green onion, chopped
4 tbsp plain flour
1 egg, beaten
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼ tsp dried dill
4 tbsp olive oil


1. Pour potatoes and 1 cup of water in inner pot. Seal the lid, select
Manual/Pressure Cook mode on High, and set cooking time to 6

2. Once cooking time is done, let the pressure be released naturally.
Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Mash with a grinder
until thoroughly broken. Mix in tuna, cayenne pepper, onion, flour,
egg, salt, black pepper, and dill until well combined. Form 6 patties
out of the mixture.

3. Wipe inner pot clean with paper towel, set the pot to Sauté mode
and heat olive oil. Fry patties 3 pieces at a time on both sides until
golden on the outside, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to
drain grease and serve.
