1/2 cup honey, warmed
1/3 cup almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Set the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C) for preheating. Use an
aluminum foil to line the 9×11-inch baking pan.

In a big and shallow bowl, combine ground cashews, wheat germ,
sea salt, cinnamon, flax meal, chocolate chips, oats, sunflower
seeds, and flour.

In a bowl, mix the almond butter, vanilla extract, and warm
honey until well-blended. Drizzle honey mixture into oat mixture,
stirring it until well-combined. Place the batter into prepared
baking pan. Press a sheet of waxed paper on the batter to
distribute it evenly. Remove the waxed paper and discard.

Place it inside preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes until
fragrant and golden. Remove it from the baking pan by pulling
the aluminum foil. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and discard before slicing the bars.
